DELIVERY OF PURCHASED GOODS

Once an order is received on http://shop.elitex.bg, an e-shop consultant processes this order. The User receives an e-mail confirmation for the successfully accepted order.

Delivery of ordered goods is not performed on Sundays and official holidays.

Delivery for Bulgaria is performed within 4 (four) business days from the order`s confirmation.

Delivery for other countries is performed within 20 (twenty) days as from the order`s confirmation.

Deliveries for Bulgaria are performed by the courier company “Speedy” AD, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Deliveries for other countries are performed by “Bulgarian Posts” between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.

The delivery is made to а courrier office of "Speedy"AD chosen by the User, or to an address specified by the User.

Delivery price in Bulgaria for orders amount up to 50,00 BGN depends on the weight of the parcel. The price is automatically calculated when shopping reaches the module Shipping. Delivery is free of charge for orders exceeding the amount of 50,00 BGN.

Provided that the User fails to accept the goods on the address he/she has indicated in the time specified or fails to go to the specified courier office to receive the goods, if this option was chosen, then the Seller is no more obliged to perform the ordered delivery.

Provided that the User confirms his willingness to receive the ordered goods after expiration of delivery time when the User was not found on the address, then the User shall take on his account the delivery costs. The costs shall be paid upon the goods receipt, together with the goods` price.

Provided that a third party is engaged with the goods` acceptance and confirmation of receipt on behalf of the initiate User who has made the order, the latter is not entitled to send the goods back or to make objections about delivery.
